批次控制控制介紹

批次控制（Run-to-run control 或簡記為 R2R control）它通過對過程的歷史批次數據的統計分析來改變下一批次的製程方案（Recipe），解決間歇過程中因缺乏在線測量手段而造成難以進行實時過程控制的問題，從而降低批次產品的質量差異。 [1-2] 

批次控制應用

批次控制是比較新的控制理念，在現代的半導體生產過程中有大量應用，比如在等離子體刻蝕技術中的應用。 [3]  批次控制常與人工神經網絡結合使用。 [4-5]
