成昭華

成昭華,男,1968年9月生,1996年獲中國科學院物理研究所博士學位,1996-1998年作為洪堡學者在德國馬普金屬所工作,1999-2000年在加拿大Dalhousie 物理系工作。1999年獲百人計劃,2001年獲國家傑出青年基金。現任中國科學院物理研究所研究員、博士生導師,中國科學院磁學國家重點實驗室主任。 [1]

1.磁性納米結構與自旋電子學;
2.過渡金屬氧化物(單晶、多晶和薄膜)的結構、磁性與電荷、軌道及自旋序;
3.稀土永磁薄膜以及稀土-過渡族化合物的結構、磁性和磁熱效應;
4.掃描隧道隧道顯微學(包括自旋極化)在磁學及磁性材料中的應用;
5.穆斯堡爾譜學(包括低温強磁場)在磁學及磁性材料中的應用。

成昭華科研成果

成昭華獲得成果

最近五年來,先後從事新型間隙稀土金屬間化合物的結構與磁性,新型納米複合永磁材料的微結構與磁性,La-Ca-Mn-O巨磁電阻氧化物,磁性納米結構與自旋電子學和穆斯堡爾譜學等磁學前沿領域的研究。在國際主要學術刊物上發表論文100餘篇,被他人引用600餘次。1995年被美國物理學會邀為Appl. Phys. Lett./J. Appl. Phys.雜誌審稿人;1997年分獲中國物理學會葉企孫物理獎,國家教委科技進步二等獎和甘肅省科技進步二等獎。入選1999年度中國科學院“百人計劃”,2001年獲國家傑出青年基金。現主持國家“973”重大項目“自旋電子材料、物理與器件;參加國家”973“重大項目”稀土功能材料的基礎研究“,2005年獲北京市科學技術一等獎,2006年獲第九屆中國青年科技獎。

成昭華研究課題

目前正在進行的研究項目有:國家“973”重大項目《自旋電子材料、物理與器件》、國家“973” 重大項目《稀土功能材料的基礎研究》,國家傑出青年基金、國家基金委重點基金,中國科學院“百人計劃”和中科院重大項目。主要從事自旋電子材料的顯微結構表徵,低維人工結構材料(包括磁性量子點、磁性納米線以及磁性超薄膜)的磁性及其自旋結構表徵,磁性金屬/半導體異質結構以及半導體自旋電子學,過渡金屬氧化物(單晶、多晶和薄膜)與巨磁電阻材料的結構、自旋相關輸運,稀土永磁薄膜以及稀土-過渡族化合物的結構、磁性和磁熵變,掃描隧道隧道顯微學(包括自旋極化)和穆斯堡爾譜學(低温強磁場)在磁學及磁性材料中的應用等方面的研究。 [1]
