徐明華

男，現任中國科學院上海藥物研究所研究員、博士生導師、課題組長。

1999 年 7 月畢業於中國科學院上海有機化學研究所，獲得理學博士學位；

同年 8 月赴美國，先後在美國弗吉尼亞大學 ( University of Virginia ) 化學系和喬治城大學醫學研究中心 ( Georgetown University Medical Center ) 從事 博士後工作研究。

2003 年 7 月底回國，先期受聘於中國科學院上海有機化學研究所，

2005 年 7 月起 任中國科學院上海藥物研究所研究員、課題組長。

主要從事有機不對稱合成及有重要生理活性化合物的合成研究。系統研究和發展了二碘化釤促進的不對稱反應，合成了一系列高光學純度的γ－丁內酯、手性對稱和非對稱鄰二胺、手性 β －氨基醇 、以及手性苯酞等有機合成和藥物合成中的重要化合物。一些方法可望在不對稱合成、天然產物合成以及手性藥物合成中獲得較大的應用，其中手性非對稱鄰二胺的合成工作被美國化學會“ Heart Cut ”報道；手性 β －氨基醇的合成研究被德國化學評論期刊SYNFACTS 作為有機合成亮點工作進行評述，認為“可用於製備一些重要天然化合物如新型蛋白酶抑制劑結構片斷 statine ，在藥理學研究中非常有前景”。近期研究的高立體選擇性構建手性高烯丙胺的合成工作發表後也受到關注，再次被美國化學會作為“ Heart Cut ”報道。 2005 年獲得“中國化學會青年化學獎”。已在 J. Am. Chem. Soc. , Org. Lett. , J. Org. Chem. 等國際國內核心學術期刊上發表研究論文 20 多篇 ， 申請專利多項。目前擔任國際知名學術期刊 Org. Lett. , J. Org. Chem. , Tetrahedron , Tetrahedron Lett. 等的審稿人。

課題組成立於 2005 年 7 月， 成員以研究生為主，現有碩士生 3 名，博士生 3 名。 主要從事有機不對稱合成研究，致力於以一些重要有機分子及藥物分子合成為導向的手性化學和手性技術探索。

課題研究方向包括 新型手性配體，催化劑的設計、合成以及在不對稱反應中的應用研究；手性配體和催化劑的負載化新策略、新方法研究；一些有重要用途的有機分子、天然產物分子或藥物合成中間體的合成以及合成方法學研究；以及用於治療 Alzheimer, COPD ， diabetes 等重要疾病的小分子化學藥物的研究和發現等。目前正在開展的課題有新型結構的胺類、氨基醇化合物為手性配體的不對稱反應研究；香豆素類小分子化合物用於抗真菌感染的篩選及初步藥效研究；基質金屬蛋白酶抑制劑的設計、合成與發現等。

課題組長徐明華研究員承擔和參與了國家和上海市的多項基礎科學研究項目，正在主持的有中國科學院“百人計劃”項目，國家自然科學基金面上 (20402018, 20672123) 、重點 (20632060) 以及上海市青年科技“啓明星計劃”等研究課題。
