黃瓜抗枯萎病遺傳育種：1.不同抗枯萎病的黃瓜材料中發掘抗性相關基因,功能機理解析及應用；2.枯萎病菌黃瓜專化型中利用基因敲出與互補技術發掘關鍵致病相關基因（效應蛋白或功能基因），解析基因分子功能，探究黃瓜與枯萎病互作機制，培育黃瓜抗枯萎病品種。 ^[1]
