張玉梅

1988年畢業於黑龍江中醫學院（現黑龍江中醫藥大學）藥學院，獲學士學位；

1991年畢業於黑龍江中醫學院天然藥物化學專業，獲碩士學位；留校任教，歷任助教、講師。

2001年畢業於哈爾濱醫科大學國家重點學科營養與食品衞生學專業，獲博士學位；

2001-2003年在中山大學基礎醫學博士後流動站工作，2002年評為副教授。

2003年進入北京大學公共衞生學院工作，現為北京大學公共衞生學院營養與食品衞生學教授，博士研究生導師。

中國營養學會青年工作委員會委員；中國食品科學技術學會功能食品分會理事；中國環境誘變劑學會理事，北京市衞生局健康食堂項目特聘專家。
