張旻研究領域

主要從事微納加工工藝的研究,採用自上而下(微加工工藝)與自下而上(自組裝,原位生長等)相結合的方法,實現微納器件的製備與功能化。重點研究基於電化學加工的新型微加工工藝,以及微納連接技術,納米材料製備與組裝技術與金屬氧化物薄膜沉積技術。
