研究概述

在国家863和973计划、科技支撑计划以及自然科学基金重点项目资助下,主要从事精神疾病遗传和脑影像研究。近年来,基于神经发育缺陷假说,应用遗传关联和多基因交互作用分析方法,筛选孤独症与精神分裂症易感基因,并探讨脑结构/功能异常与易感基因的相关性,进而利用基因修饰细胞和小鼠模型了解易感基因与神经发育异常的关系,从人群、细胞、动物、分子等多个层次探讨孤独症和精神分裂症神经环路发育异常的生物学基础;设计相应干预策略,寻找疾病潜在的分子靶点和治疗方法。在所从事研究方向共发表通讯作者论文100余篇,代表性论著发表在Nat Genet, PNAS, Mol Psychiatry, Am J Psychiatry, Biol Psychiatry, Cereb Cortex, Schizophr Bull, Cell Rep, NeuroImaging, Neurobiol Aging等杂志。连续5年入选Elsevier中国神经科学领域高被引学者榜单。
