張偉人物經歷
2005年，張偉獲得香港中文大學電子工程博士學位。
2006年至2007年，任香港科技大學電子及計算機工程學系研究員。
2008年5月，加入澳大利亞新南威爾士大學電氣工程與電信學院。
張偉社會任職
現任Journal of Communications and Information Networks的主編和IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications的領域主編，IEEE通信學會無線通信技術委員會主席，IEEE通信學會亞太區委員會副主任，IEEE通信學會理事會成員。
曾任IEEE Wireless Communications Letters的主編（2016-2019），以及IEEE Transactions on Communications（2015-2018）、IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking（2015-2017）、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications - Cognitive Radio Series（2012-2014）、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications（2010-2015）的編輯。
