Teachingis not to simply deliver the knowledge to the target students but to nourishgood learning habits，lead studentsto the effective learning methods and encourage students to improve theirlearning enthusiasm. Secondly,because understanding a language is the premise of using the language, so toteach English major students, teachers should focus more on the development ofstudents’ language logics and language sense. Thirdly, fostering students’creativeness is essential during the teaching.

For a teacher, doing researchand teaching is supplementary to eachother. Focusing on research is significant for teachers to have furtherdevelopment in his/ her research field, and those advanced theories couldenhance teachingquality to a great extent. Only when the teacher who could balance research andteaching wisely, his/ her comprehensive capacity could be developed. ^[1]
