葛翠琳 （1930年— ），1930年2月生於河北省樂亭縣前葛莊村，籍貫河北。畢業於燕京大學社會學系。從1955年到現在已經發表了多部文學作品，現在是冰心獎評委會副主席兼秘書長、兒童文學作家。
