導師

易學導師這一概念【Iching Heirophant / Iching master / 易經導師】或者【Yijing Hierophant】是國際東西大學研究員、名譽教授、易學專家董斌在2003年提出的一個學術職位職務。該名詞受到荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學MBA研究生EMMA啓示而形成概念，該職位職務授予在易學領域有學術貢獻的專家學者，由國際易學導師資格評審委員會主席團認可，國際易學導師資格評審委員會主席團由國際著名易學專家組成，其中幾位是大學創辦人兼校長，均在國際易學界有相當的影響和地位，例如，國際易經學會會長成中英博士，中華周易學會會長吳秋文教授，山東大學劉大鈞教授，台灣易經大學校長張益瑞等等，授予國際易學導師的學術職位職務，宗旨是建立國際易學和景觀建築風水學的語言與學術標準，發揚正真學術，恢弘中華思想精粹，傳播華夏民族文化。

導師制是一種教育制度，與學分制、班建制同為三大教育模式。

導師制由來已久，早在十四世紀，牛津大學就實行了導師制，其最大特點是師生關係密切。導師不僅要指導他們的學習，還要指導他們的生活。

國內各高校都在探索研究生教育以外的高等教育也能建立一種新型的教育教學制度——導師制，以更好地貫徹全員育人、全過程育人、全方位育人的現代教育理念，更好地適應素質教育的要求和人才培養目標的轉變。這種制度要求在教師和學生之間建立一種“導學”關係，針對學生的個性差異，因材施教，指導學生的思想、學習與生活。

導師制從制度上規定教師具有育人的責任，使教師在從事教學科研以外，將對學生進行思想、學習、科研、心理等方面的教育和指導作為其工作的另一部分。要求全體教師關注學生從入學至畢業整個教育過程和學生的學習、工作、生活等各個教育環節，對學生的教育要有整體性和一貫性的觀念，自始至終和任何環節都不放鬆對學生的教育和指導。

要建立起完善的本科生導師制，除了必須理順學校與教師的關係，落實“導師”與學校之間的權利義務之外，更需規範教師與學生關係層面上導師的職責和學生的遵從義務。

The heirophant was the chief priest of the Eleusinian Mysteries in ancient Greece. His main task was to display the sacred objects during the celebration of the mysteries and explain their secret meaning to initiates.
