寰宇電視包括電視與電台廣播，從吉隆坡Bukit Jalil的全亞洲廣播中心（All Asia Broadcast Centre），通過太空上的MEASAT衞星傳到馬來西亞及汶萊家庭。Astro服務是寰宇衞視集團（Astro All Asia Networks）與T. Ananda Krishnan共資子公司馬來西亞衞星廣播系統（MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems）經營與提供。寰宇電視是馬來西亞領先的綜合跨媒體服務運營商，是名列東南亞第2、世界第99的傳媒集團。
