研究方向為組合數學，研究工作在Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., Proc. Indian Acad. Sci., Rocky Mountain J. Math., Ars Math. Contemp., Discrete Mathematics, Discrete Appl. Math., Electron. J. Combin., Graphs Combin., Annals of Combinatorics等十餘種專業學術期刊上發表。著有《組合數學》（合著）、《數學天書的證明》（合譯）、《Combinatorics: Art and Philosophy》。
