不管你念了多少年的書，生活中還是會遇到許多事，是學校沒有教，要靠個人或朋友的經歷，才能體會、學到的。

每集邀請藝人嘉賓來分享自己的切身經驗，必要時加入短劇演繹種種狀況，然後尋求解決方法或TIPS.

每集也請來一位相關行業的“達人”，在身份保密的情況下（“蒙面 / 黑箱”），透露公眾所不知道的“秘密”。

Synopsis

Regardless of the number of years spent on studying, in life, there will always be many situations that must be dealt with through experiences and not textbook theories. This is a talkshow in which celebrities and expert will share their own experiences in sticky situations and tips on how to overcome these.

In each episode, guest artistes will be invited on the show to share their own experiences. There will be re-enactments of some of these situations to help viewers visualise. They will then share the solutions and tips relating to the problem or situation.

A professional related to each episode’s situation may be invited to the show to share some little known information or facts.
