主要從事作物環境生理的研究。先後承擔了多項國家、省、市級科研攻關項目的主要研究工作，主持2項國家自然科學基金項目。

2010年獲四川農業大學“青年教師教學競賽”優秀獎;2. 2016年獲四川農業大學“本科課堂教學質量獎”一等獎
