孫寧人物經歷

2014年“國家自然科學基金-優秀青年科學基金”及2017年上海市“優秀學術帶頭人計劃”。主要研究多能幹細胞生物學,分子心臟醫學和心血管疾病機制及器官間對話的分子機制等中西醫結合研究。在斯坦福大學留學期間率先建立了脂肪幹細胞重編程為誘導多能幹細胞的新方法 (PNAS, 2009, 引用: 585次)。首次建立了人類家族遺傳性擴張型心肌病誘導多能幹細胞的模型並進行了疾病新機制的研究 (Science Translational Medicine, 2012,引用: 507次)。回國後建立了人類誘導多能幹細胞分化來源的心室肌細胞的純化新技術,製備了可用於移植的人造人類心室肌組織,拓展了生物新材料治療人類心肌梗塞的應用研究 (Biomaterials, 2016,Nature Biomedical Engineering 2019);開拓了家族遺傳性心肌病基因治療的臨牀前轉化研究等。已發表包括Nature Biomedical Engineering, Science Translational Medicine, Nature Methods, Cell Stem Cell等雜誌在內的SCI論文50餘篇,論文被引用2000餘次,申請美國專利兩項,中國專利三項。 [1]
