坎特伯雷大主教（Archbishop ofCanterbury），又稱為坎特伯雷聖座（the See of Canterbury），首任主教是聖奧斯定·坎特伯雷，為全英格蘭的首席主教（The Primate of All England）。坎特伯雷大主教是全英國教會的主教長（The See of Church of England），又是全世界聖公會的主教長（ThePatriarch of the Anglican Communion of Churches），普世聖公宗精神領袖（Leader of the Anglican Communion）。

坎特伯雷大主教簡介
坎特伯雷大主教主持自1867年起的每十年一次的全世界聖公會主教會議，雖然在會中沒有絕對的決定權，但作為普世聖公宗的首領，負責協調普世聖公宗的所有成員教會，對涉及整個普世聖公宗或者同時涉及多個成員教會的事務具有最終裁定權。
