國際藥學聯合會

1、發展歷史

國際藥學聯合會（International PharmaceuticalFederation，FIP）是在1865年德國召開歐洲藥學大會的基礎上成立的。成立之初，國際藥學聯合會是一個以歐洲為主的非政府藥學組織。1910年9月5日，第10屆國際藥學大會(Interna-tional Congress ofPharmacy)決定將各國的藥學組織、聯盟及社會團體聯合起來，形成一個國際性的藥學組織聯盟，並提議命名為"FédérationInternationale Pharmaceu-tique"（法文），簡稱FIP。1912年，FIP在荷蘭海牙正式註冊。在經歷近一個半世紀的發展之後，FIP已經發展成為一個由153個國家和地區中336個國家級藥學學術團體組成的世界性藥學組織，其全球藥學會員人數已達400多萬，歐洲所有國家的藥學會以及美國的藥學專業排名前20的大部分大學均是國際藥學聯合會的會員單位。如英國的皇家藥學會、倫敦大學學院、諾丁漢大學；美國的美國藥典委、南加州大學、密歇根大學、東北大學、北卡羅來納大學；澳大利亞額莫納什大學、昆士蘭科技大學、悉尼大學；中國的中國藥學會、中國藥科大學等等。

中國藥學會1947年加入FIP，1992年9月經中國科協呈國家科委批准重返FIP。

2007年，在中國成功舉辦了第67屆世界藥學大會暨國際藥學聯合會年會，開幕式在北京人民大會堂大會議廳舉辦，時任國務院副總理吳儀出席開幕式並致辭，中國藥學會理事長、國家食品藥品監督管理局副局長桑國衞院士主持會議，國際藥學聯合會主席卡瑪爾·米達先生也在開幕式上致辭，時任國家衞生部部長陳竺、國家食品藥品監督管理局局長邵明立、解放軍總後勤部衞生部部長李建華少將、中國科協書記處書記馮長根等出席，來自80多個國家的3000多名藥學界代表參加了大會。2016年，在南京成功舉辦了首屆世界藥學教育大會，頒佈了《全球藥學教育南京宣言》，時任第十一屆全國人大常委會副委員長、中國藥學會理事長桑國衞院士，國家食品藥品監督管理總局副局長孫鹹澤，時任江蘇省人大常委會副主任趙鵬，國際藥學聯合會主席卡門·佩妮亞和47個國家及地區的藥學教育領域的代表團參加了會議。

2、主要職能

（1）、組織願景

Our vision is a world where everyone benefitsfrom access to safe, effective, quality and affordable medicines and healthtechnologies, as well as from pharmaceutical care services provided bypharmacists, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

通過促進藥學實踐和科學發展，改善全球健康狀況，以便在全球範圍內更好地發現、開發、獲得和安全使用適當、成本效益高、質量好的藥物。

Our mission is to support global healthby enabling the advancement of pharmaceutical practice, sciences and education.

通過發展藥學實踐、科研、教育，為全球健康事業提供支撐。

3、組織機構

（1）、領導機構

FIP's highest organ is its Council. Allnational pharmaceutical associations (member organisations) and nationalpharmaceutical scientific associations (predominantly scientific memberorganisations) are represented in the Council and have voting rights. FIP'sobserver organisations, supra-national pharmaceutical (scientific)associations, also participate in the Council but do not have voting rights.The Council also includes representatives from the FIP sections and the Bureau.

The board of FIP because of historicalreasons is called the "Bureau" and consists of 14 elected officers(plus the FIP chief executive officer, ex officio):

FIP的最高領導機構是理事會。所有國家級藥學組織都在理事會具有代表席位，並享有投票權。FIP的觀察員組織、跨國社團組織也是理事會成員但並不具有投票權。理事會同樣包含FIP下設機構的成員代表以及董事局代表。

世界藥學和藥物科學大會（FIP年會）

每年舉辦, FIP年會是藥劑師和製藥科學家唯一真正意義的全球性會議，每年彙集了來自世界各地的2000到4000名藥劑師和藥學科學家。

1912年荷蘭·海牙，首屆國際藥學聯合會年會；

1913-2014先後在悉尼、耶路撒冷、維也納、北京、曼谷等地舉辦全球大會；

2015年德國·杜塞爾多夫第75屆 FIP世界大會；
