國際脂肪肝協會，英文名稱：International Fatty Liver Association.成立於2008年12月，是依法在美國肯德基州註冊，由國際著名脂肪肝研究專家銀小龍發起成立，國內外知名脂肪肝專家，脂肪肝患者和關注脂肪肝的社會羣體組成的國際性、專業化的社會組織。

國際脂肪肝協會宗旨
協會宗旨是：倡導脂肪肝防治，推廣脂肪肝健康知識，協助脂肪肝患者醫療服務和脂肪肝的醫學研究。以解決全球脂肪肝發病率高，預防不足，致力於全民肝臟的健康事業。
國際脂肪肝協會工作內容
協會在國際範圍內開展下列工作:
1. 倡導脂肪肝的防治，推廣脂肪肝健康知識。
2. 協助脂肪肝患者醫療服務，及促進健康。
3. 組織國內外肝病專家會議講座，學術交流，醫療義診公益活動，協助脂肪肝的醫學研究，促進國際間的交流和合作。
4. 出版協會會刊。

International fatty liver Association ( IFLA ) was legally registered in the Louisville, Kentucky, USA in 2008. This association of experts and healthcare professionals were concerned with the rising incidence of fatty liver disease and the lack of awareness among both the general public and the medical community. The mission is to prevent and cure fatty liver and to improve the lives of all people affected by this disease.
