International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophants

2006年9月8日第一屆國際易學導師學術大會召開，通過會議主席和會議團體表決，"易學導師資格評審委員會" 在中國五台山成立。

國際易學導師資格評審委員會是一泛國界、泛網絡性的，聯合全球著名的易學家和環境風水學者參加的,基於全球易學導師會議的學術組織，其宗旨是建立國際易學和景觀建築風水學的語言與學術標準，發揚傳統正真學術，恢弘中華思想精粹，傳播優秀民族文化。

國際易學導師資格評審委員會由國際易學導師資格評審委員會主席團和國際易學導師資格評審委員會顧問團、國際易學導師資格評審委員會海外委員會組成。國際易學導師資格評審委員會主席團由國際著名易學專家組成，其中幾位是大學創辦人兼校長，均在國際易學界有相當的影響和地位，例如，國際易經學會會長成中英博士，山東大學劉大鈞教授, 中華周易學會會長吳秋文教授、台灣易經大學校長張益瑞總導師，等等，國際易學導師資格評審委員會授予著名易學家和環境風水學者以【國際易學導師】的學術職位職務。

從2006年國際易學導師學術大會召開起，以全球國家或者地區的代表為紐帶，國際易學導師資格評審委員會聯絡所有易經導師和建築風水學正學導師，以決定召開易學和建築風水學導師國際會議（The Academic Conference of World Iching Hierophants ），以建立國際易學和景觀建築風水學的語言與學術標準，發揚正真學術，恢弘中華思想精粹，傳播華夏民族文化。全球易學導師會議主席團總主席受全球易學導師會議主席團單位和年度會議主席委託，有權決定下屆全球易學導師會議的召開時間和地點，安排會議程序。

國際易學導師資格評審委員會共同創始主席兼海外委員會主席朱迪（Ms. Jodi Brunner）女士，是蒞臨2006五台山國際易學導師大會的主題精彩演講者；她積極參加華人小區公益事業，為澳大利亞維多利亞省華人小區服務中心(Chinese Community Social Services Centre)安樂華人慈善基金（On Luck Community Chest）積極捐款募捐，是中華易學文化和景觀建築風水學文化方面的國際學者。

為實現此宗旨，國際易學導師資格評審委員會設置了五大職能：

1、易學前瞻性研究：東西方文化和文明交流，明天的世界需要什麼樣的易學文化。

2、易學知識的發展 、傳播與交流 ：主要依靠研究 、培訓和教學 。

3、易學準則制訂：起草和通過國際易學和景觀建築風水學的語言與學術標準。

4、知識和技術：以" 技術合作"的形式提供易學和景觀建築風水學給會員單位和個人。

5、易學和景觀建築風水學的專門化信息的交流。

The first World Iching Hierophants Academic Conference was held in September 2006. The president and conference group voted and the Qualified Assessing Commission for Iching Hierophants was established in Wutai Mountain, China.

The Qualified Assessing Commission for Iching Hierophants is a group of pan-national boundaries, a pan-network. The academic organization globally unites famous Iching Hierophants and environmental geomancy scholars to participate in and also bases on the World Iching Hierophants Conference. Its aim is to establish the language and academic standard for the world Iching and landscape architecture and geomancy, to promote traditional genuine academic study and succinct of Chinese thoughts, and to disseminate outstanding China national culture.

International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophants was formed by the president and advisory group and the overseas committee of International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophantss. The council of International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophants is composed of famous World Iching experts, some of them are university founders and presidents who all have a considerable impact on, and status in the international Iching world. Such people include the ISIC President Doctor Cheng Chungying, Shandong University Professor Liu Dajun,the Chinese Iching Association president Professor Wu Qiuwen, Taiwan Iching University President Tutor Zhang Yirui. International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophantss award the World Iching Hierophants academic position to the famous Ichingers and environmental geomancy scholars.

Since the 2006 when the Academic Conference of World Iching Hierophants was first held, it linked global, country and local representatives. International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophants contacted all Iching Hierophants and architecture geomancy tutors. They determined to hold The Academic Conference of World Iching Hierophants to establish the language and academic standards for the World Iching and landscape architecture geomancy, to promote genuine academic study and Chinese thoughts, and to disseminate China national culture. The general president of the World Iching Hierophants group was commissioned by the World Iching Hierophants group, having the right to decide the time, place and agenda for the next World Iching Hierophants Conference.

In order to achieve this aim, International Qualification Assessment Committee for World Iching Hierophants has set up five functions:

1) Iching prospective studying: East-West exchange of cultures and civilizations, what kind of Iching culture tomorrow's world needs.

2) Iching knowledge development, dissemination and exchange: mainly relying on research, training and teaching.

3) Iching criterion: drafting and adopting the language and academic standards for World Iching and landscape architecture and geomancy.

4) Knowledge and technology: supplying Iching and landscape architecture and geomancy to member groups and individuals in the form of "technical cooperation"

5) The specialized information exchange of Iching and the landscape architecture and geomancy.

【導師（Hierophant）】一詞源自希臘語，古希臘埃勒夫西斯秘密宗教儀式的主祭司，主要工作是神秘宗教慶典中呈上聖物，並對初入教者解釋秘義。昭聖者必須出身尤摩爾浦斯氏族（埃勒夫西斯的原始氏族之一），通常都是年高德劭、聲音洪亮的獨身男子。就職時，要象徵性地把原先的名字拋入海中，此後只稱昭聖者。導師象徵有相當的知識和智能，就這一點來説，是相當切合傳統Hierophant的特質的，他們是知識和道德的傳播者，是診療人世傷痛的行醫人。易學導師【Iching Hierophant 】或者【Yijing Hierophant 】是國際東西方大學研究員、名譽教授、易學專家董斌在2003年提出的一個學術職稱與職位職務。該職位職務授予在易學領域有卓越的學術貢獻的專家學者，由國際易學導師資格評審委員會主席團認可。
