位於上海松江開發區的上海生產廠，已於二零零二年投入生產，大大提高了ILM的生產供貨能力。

International Laminate Material Ltd.(ILM) is a Sino-American joint-venture company ,a famous copper clad laminate products manufacturing in P.R.China,established since 1990.ILM specialized in the manufacturing of various levels of FR-4,CEM-3 & black base laminates etc. for the different electronic industries,our products have made its niche in the world.

ILM has a world-class comprehensive manufacturing facility that includes a full range of advance copper clad laminates producing & testing equipments.With the adoption of an unique vacuum pressed production technique, the quality & reliability of our products are further enhanced.

In recent years,ILM concentrated on products development and advanced technology which has resulted in the producing of high Tg copper clad laminate,high CTI copper clad laminate and other new series products.

Our new plant is located in Song JIang Area,Shanghai.The equipments and techniques of this plant are up-to-date.Itoperated in year 2002.This has greatly increased ILM's production capacity.
