主要研究領域包括羣智湧現、羣決策與博弈、應急管理、人機協同決策、在線評論與酒店管理等。在European Journal of Operational Research（ABS 4）（2篇）、Omega （ABS 3）（4篇）、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management（ABS 3）、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics（ABS 3）、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems（ABS 3）、Technological Forecasting & Social Change（ABS 3）（2篇）、Reliability Engineering and System Safety（ABS 3）、Journal of the Operational Research Society（ABS 3）（2篇）、Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making（ABS 3）、Decision Analysis （INFORMS）、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Information Fusion、Information Sciences、Knowledge-Based Systems、Applied Soft Computing、Computers and Industrial Engineering、Expert Systems、Cognitive Computation、IEEE Transactions on Computional Social Systems、《系統工程理論與實踐》、《控制與決策》等國內外期刊發表論文50餘篇。主持和參與國家自然科學基金項目、遼寧省社會科學基金重點項目等10餘項。獲管理學期刊Omega 2021最佳論文獎。擔任SCI期刊Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems副主編與期刊SN Business & Economics編委，擔任Omega、IEEE TFS、IEEE TEM、IEEE TCYB等30餘本SCI期刊審稿人。谷歌學術引用量2300餘次，先後5篇論文入選ESI高被引論文，2篇論文入選ESI熱點論文，入選2022、2023年斯坦福全球前2%科學家榜單 ^[1]  。
