周小英人物經歷

2017年博士畢業於中國科學院半導體研究所,導師:常凱院士;2014年碩士畢業於湖南師範大學,導師:周光輝教授;2011年本科畢業於湖南師範大學。主要從事低維介觀納米體系量子結構物理研究,目前研究興趣集中在新型二維材料及其納米結構光電性質。以第一(通訊)作者或合作者身份在 Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review B, Physical Review Applied, Nano Letters, 2D Materials, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Physics-Condensed Matter 等本領域主流期刊上發表論文十餘篇,共被引500餘次(數據源自Web of Science),單篇最高被引110餘次。入選2018年度博士後創新人才支持計劃,主持國家自然科學基金青年項目,湖南省自然科學基金面上項目及第65批博士後基金面上項目。現為國際知名期刊 Physical Review B,Nanotechnology,The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters 審稿人。 [1]
