周京人物簡介

周京博士是美國萊斯大學瓊斯商學院休斯敦捐贈基金管理學講席教授,終身教授,亞洲管理科研和教學事務總監,曾任負責教授晉升和終身榮譽授予的評估委員會主席。是清華大學經管學院傑出訪問講席教授。獲美國伊利諾伊大學(厄巴納香檳)的組織行為學和人力資源管理博士學位。

周京人物經歷

周京教授是國際管理學界有關企業領導力,創造力、創新與創業等領域頗具影響力的學者之一。她研究整合了動機、情感與認知理論,對企業中個體和團隊的創新進行全面、深入的理解。系統研究了創造力和創新的關鍵問題,包括:領導、管理者風格、同事行為、反饋,團隊機制等組織、情境因素與人格、價值觀、目標導向等個體因素是如何相互作用來提升或限制個體和團隊創造力的。她諸多研究成果發表在國際頂級學術期刊上,包括:Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management與Personnel Psychology。她的論文榮獲 Journal of Management (管理學報) 最佳論文獎。現任或曾任國際頂級學術期刊Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Management編委會成員(Editorial Board member)。她與Shalley教授合作的英文專著 Handbook of Organizational Creativity (企業創造力管理全書),是領導企業創造力和創新的權威著作,已被翻譯成中文和阿拉伯文。 應Oxford University Press邀請,正在和Shalley和Hitt教授聯合主編 Oxford Handbook of Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship。
從2008-2014年,任國際管理學界最頂尖級學術研究期刊《應用心理學》的副主編,是該頂尖級學術期刊自1917年首發刊以來,93年的歷史上獲此殊榮的第一位來自中國大陸的學者。
周教授為Executive MBA (EMBA), MBA, 和博士等講授領導力,組織行為學,創造力與創新管理,談判,人力資源,跨文化領導力以及全球領導力等課程,並執教於管理學EDP項目。由於在研究和教學工作中的突出成績,她獲得了幾項重要的研究和教學獎,包括 德克薩斯A&M大學最著名的獎項―校友協會傑出教學獎。
曾任國際商業協會(Academy of International Business)組織行為/人力資源分會主席 (Chair, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management)。2010-2012年,任國際中國管理研究學會主席 (President); 2012-2014年, 任國際中國管理研究學會Past President (負責戰略制定strategic planning,文化建設culture building,和領導梯隊選拔leadership succession)。
曾在亞洲,歐洲,和美洲的多家企業做過諮詢或管理顧問。並曾在中國多所著名商學院任訪問或特聘教授。除本專業工作外,周教授積極為社會服務。曾任著名私立學校Post Oak School校董。
2010 和2011年,周教授分別當選美國工業和組織管理心理學學會 (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology) 的 Fellow, 以及美國心理學學會(American Psychological Association)的 Fellow,這是授予全世界在管理學和組織管理心理學領域做出傑出貢獻的學者的最高榮譽。
