女，復旦大學特聘教授、博士生導師。

1987年本科畢業於華東理工大學生物化學專業，

1997年獲得俄羅斯科學院獲得生物學Ph D學位。

1997-1999年在南京大學生物學專業博士後，

1999-2001年復旦大學生物學專業博士後，

2001年至今，復旦大學生科院遺傳學專業副教授/碩導、特聘教授/博導，遺傳工程國家重點實驗室PI，

2013年起，組建復旦大學上海工業菌株工程技術研究中心，並擔任中心主任。

酵母分子遺傳學與遺傳工程。重點研究馬克斯克魯維酵母（KM）快速生長、雜交進化、高效表達外源蛋白的分子遺傳機制；研究建立了國際上第一套KM蛋白質高效表達系統，食品安全級；研究高效表達類病毒顆粒疫苗、食品酶、飼料酶等外源蛋白的重組KM工業菌株，並建立工業菌株工藝包技術，擁有自主知識產權，為動物疫苗企業、生物酶企業的發展提供先進技術支撐。

上海市三八紅旗手（2017年），寶鋼優秀教師獎（2016年），陸宗霖獎教金（2016年），全國微課比賽一等獎（2015年），上海市精品課程（負責人/主講，2015年），教育部技術發明二等獎（排名第一，2012年），上海市技術發明二等獎（排名第一，2012年），中國技術市場最高獎-金橋獎（排名第一，2011年）
