吳濱，男，瀘州市中醫醫院黨委書記、院長，中西醫結合主任醫師，針灸科學科帶頭人。

致力於針灸與詢證醫學、針灸與免疫學實驗研究。從醫執教20餘年。在多種癱瘓、頸肩腰背痛等疾病的診療上有豐富的臨牀經驗，經治住院患者累計5000餘例，現年門診量2000餘例。是面癱、各型慢性疼痛病診治的四川知名專家。

瀘州市第九批拔尖人才，瀘州市第四批學術和技術帶頭人，四川省第四批學術經驗繼承人指導老師，榮獲第二屆“酒城英才”稱號。

國家級、省級課題6個；主編全國西醫院校針灸學教材1部，院內針灸學教材2部（中文、英文各1部），參編針灸學術書籍1部。
