吳海信

1996年畢業於中科院安徽光機所，獲理學碩士學位，留所從事紅外非線性晶體研究工作。

2000年至2001年在加拿大滑鐵盧大學從事訪問學者研究。

2005年畢業於中科院研究生院，獲理學博士學位。

2002年4月任中科院合肥研究院研究生部副主任，

2009年5月任研究生部主任，

2014年9月當選中科院合肥研究院黨委委員，

2014年12月任中國科學技術大學研究生院科學島分院常務副院長，

2015年3月任中科院合肥研究院人事教育處處長、人才辦主任，

2018年6月任中科院合肥研究院院長助理、兼人事教育處處長、人才辦主任，

2019年10月起任中科院合肥研究院副院長，兼中國科學技術大學副校長。 ^[1-3] 

從事紅外非線性晶體材料製備及光學性能研究工作，先後負責中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向性項目、專項預研項目、重點基金和共性技術等多項國家科研任務，研製出AgGaS2，AgGaSe2，AgGa1-xInxSe2， AgGaGeS4，ZnGeP2，CdSe等系列中長波紅外非線性晶體，研製的晶體在光學均勻性、近紅外吸收等方面處於國內領先水平。在國內外學術期刊上發表論文50餘篇。 ^[1]
