吳志勇,男,1979年出生,浙江松陽人,教授,博士生導師,全國優秀博士學位論文獲得者。河海大學教務處副處長,兼任河海大學水文水利自動化研究所所長、中國水利學會水文氣象學委員會副秘書長、中國水利教育協會高等教育分會常務副秘書長、中國工程教育專業認證協會水利類專業認證委員會副秘書長、國際水文科學協會中國委員會(CNC-IAHS)陸氣關係分委會、水文觀測分委會、水資源系統分委會委員等。1997年進入河海大學水文與水資源利用專業學習,2001年獲學士學位;2003年提前攻博,師從陸桂華教授,2008年獲河海大學水文學及水資源博士學位,並留校任教。2011年4月被聘為河海大學首批青年教授,2012年10月被聘為博士生導師,2016年7月晉升河海大學教授。2004年6~7月和2005年7~8月,兩次赴加拿大McGill University大氣海洋科學系開展陸氣耦合洪水預報研究。2014年9月~2015年8月,在美國George Mason University訪問,開展多源土壤含水量融合研究。

吳志勇科研成果

從事水文學及水資源學科教學和科研工作,主要研究方向為陸氣耦合流域水文模擬及預報、乾旱模擬監測及預報、氣候變化對水文水資源的影響、水文信息採集與處理和水利信息化等。主持開發了“基於氣象-水文耦合的全國乾旱預測系統”和“全國旱情監測預測系統——水文乾旱子系統”;參與開發了“全國水文測報信息管理系統”和“基於 WebGIS 全國水文站網信息系統”等水利部信息中心的業務運行系統。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、全國優秀博士學位論文作者專項資金資助項目、國家重點研發項目專題、水利部公益性行業科研專項項目、江蘇省自然科學基金面上項目等30餘項。
在國內外重要學術期刊和會議論文集上發表論文100多篇。出版專著《大範圍乾旱動態監測與預測》(2021)、《水文循環過程及定量預報》(2010)、《氣候變化對南方典型洪澇災害高風險區防洪安全影響及適應對策》(2016)和《中小型水庫抗暴雨能力關鍵技術研究》(2019)。參編專著《氣候變化對水文水資源影響研究》(2007)和《氣候變化對中國水資源影響及應對策略研究》(2012)。參與完成“水文循環大氣-陸面過程模擬及應用”獲2011年水利部大禹水利科學技術一等獎(2/15),“基於WebGIS的全國水文站網信息系統”獲2007年水利部大禹水利科學技術一等獎(10/15),“西江流域水文氣象耦合洪水預報技術研究”獲2017年珠江水利委員會科學技術二等獎(3/10)。博士學位論文《定量降雨與實時洪水預報研究》入選“全國百篇優秀博士學位論文”。
榮獲河海大學本科畢業設計優秀指導教師、江蘇省優秀學術碩士學位論文指導教師、首屆中國水利學會劉光文青年科技獎。入選國家留學基金委全額資助訪問學者、河海大學優秀創新人才支持計劃、江蘇省高校青藍工程優秀青年骨幹教師培養計劃、江蘇省333高層次人才培養工程中青年科學技術帶頭人、教育部新世紀人才支持計劃。
