叢曉明

1982年畢業於原北京對外貿易學院海關管理系，獲經濟學學士；1982-1985年在北京外貿學院攻讀國際貿易專業碩士研究生，獲經濟學碩士並留校任教；1986-1987年在倫敦出口有限公司北京辦事處實習，從事外貿進出口業務 （commodity trading）；1989-1990在英國蘭卡斯特大學進修信息管理； 1991-1992年在英國Waterford Wedgewood Ltd. 從事市場營銷工作。1993-1995年在中國進出口總公司美國洛杉磯子公司Sinochem Venture, Inc. 從事原油、成品油、化工品等貿易工作。1999年上半年在澳大利亞國立大學進行WTO專題研究。2001-2005年在英國魯頓大學攻讀知識管理專業的Mphil，併兼任教學助教；2005-2008 在英國紐卡斯爾商學院攻讀管理學博士。現任對外經濟貿易大學技術管理研究中心副主任。
