劉鳳霞

2003 年 7 月本科畢業於新疆大學，

2006 年 7 月碩士畢業於新疆大學，

2009 年 7 月博士畢業於南開大學，同年 9 月回新疆大學工作，

2010 年3 月進入新疆大學數學與系統科學學院博士後流動站，

2013 年 9 月出站。 ^[1]
