劉生忠人物生平

劉生忠,男,1963年生,寧夏平羅人,陝西師範大學教授。1983年獲陝西師範大學理學學士學位,1986年獲蘭州大學理學碩士學位,1992年獲美國西北大學工學博士學位,研究方向為物理化學。陝西師範大學材料科學與工程學院教授。劉生忠教授研究領域集中在納米材料、薄膜材料、太陽能光伏材料、電光薄膜的電化學沉積、激光表面處理和光伏技術的開發、放大和生產。

劉生忠主要成就

研究成果發表在世界著名刊物上,包括美國的《Science》和英國的《Nature》。研究成果引起了廣泛重視,其發表在《Science》上的C60分子結構被國際著名雜誌長期用作封面照片,發表在英國《Nature》上的成果被許多報紙、刊物報道評論,多篇論文成為被“最多引用的論文”(most cited paper)。主要發明和專利中有多項已轉化成工藝和產品,其它大部分被應用在生產上,其中“透明太陽能薄膜電池”榮獲號稱“發明家的奧斯卡獎”的“世界最佳發明獎”(R&D 100)。1998年入選 “世界科學家工程師名人錄”。
