2008-2010 美國得克薩斯大學博士後。

（1）以小鼠為模型研究原核生物的基因在真核中的表達。與真核基因相比，原核基因編碼簡單，利用效率高，而且原核基因來源廣泛，功能多種多樣，例如抗病、抗逆境等等。此項研究將對拓展基因治療的思路，擴充基因治療的資源有重要意義。

（2）青光眼的小鼠模型研究。青光眼是一種不可逆的致盲性眼病。我們將以轉基因、條件性基因敲除的小鼠為模型,闡明某些青光眼致病基因的分子機理。.
