劉洪梅

(臨沂大學物理與電子工程學院教授)

劉洪梅,女,1982年4月出生。2010年在南京大學獲得理學博士學位,現為臨沂大學物理與電子工程學院教授。主要研究方向為低維材料電子輸運研究,從理論模擬方面探索有機分子或低維材料構建的納米電子器件的電子傳遞特性。以高性能的計算工作站為平台,利用密度泛函理論結合非平衡格林函數方法模擬納米尺度的電子傳遞。在《Phys. Rev. B》、《J. Phys. Chem. C》、《Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys》等國內外重要學術刊物上發表論文30餘篇。主持一項國家自然科學青年基金項目和一項山東省優秀中青年科學家科研獎勵基金項目。擔任《2D Materials》、《PCCP》等期刊審稿人。
