劉忠德，1977年生，博士，西南大學藥學院副教授，碩士研究生導師。研究方向為納米光譜分析化學。主要從事新興功能納米材料的設計合成、光學表徵和分析應用研究，建立基於色度、熒光、瑞利或拉曼散射等的光譜分析新方法。主持或參與國家自然科學基金、重慶市自然科學基金、中央高校基本科研創新團隊等多個項目。在Environ. Sci. Technol.、Plos One、Anal. Chim. Acta.、Analyst等刊物發表學術論文十多篇。 [1]
