侯勇

侯 勇，男，博士，西南大學教授，博士生導師。2007年畢業於西南大學蠶學與系統生物學研究所，獲理學博士學位。成功利用蛋白質組學等手段對家蠶發育時期血液等進行分析，並對變態發育時期關鍵蛋白質進行研究；2010年10月至2011年11月赴新加坡國立大學結構生物學實驗室從事結構生物學研究，解析家蠶arylphorin 型貯藏蛋白、BmNPV P33、BmNPV ORF75、Sumo12等蛋白結構，回國以後從事病毒蛋白結構解析及病毒與宿主的互作研究，建立杆狀病毒與宿主互作研究小組，包括博士研究生1人，碩士研究生6人。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家自然科學基金青年項目重慶市自然科學基金、教育部中央高校重點項目、煙草重大專項（子課題）等項目10餘項，先後在Proteomics、Protein Science、Journal of General Virology、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications、Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry、Insect Science、 Proteome Science、DNA Sequence、中國農業科學、生物工程學報、蠶業科學等雜誌發表論文30餘篇。

1. 利用蛋白質組等技術方法，尋找家蠶絲合成、變態發育等重要蛋白質。
2. 利用結構生物學的研究方法，研究家蠶NPV與家蠶互做機制。
