佟紹成，博士，教授，博士生導師，IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高級會員，中國人工智能學會科普工作委員會副主任，中國自動化學會“信息物理系統控制與決策專業委員會”委員，遼寧省自動化學會副理事長，大連理工大學兼職教授，大連海事大學客座教授。2014年-2019年連續六年入選Clarivate Analytics全球“高被引科學家”名錄，擔任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》，《IEEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics：Systems》,《International Journal of Fuzzy Systems》等多個國際知名期刊的副主編和編委。研究方向為模糊系統理論、智能控制、自適應控制、魯棒控制。
佟紹成教授，1992年被評為遼寧省優秀青年教師；1993年被評為全國優秀教師；2004年被評為全國師德先進個人，2000年被評為遼寧省中青年學科帶頭人；2000年開始享受國務院政府津貼；2001年被評為遼寧省中青年學科帶頭人，入選遼寧省第二批“百千萬人才工程”百人層次；2003年被評為遼寧省首屆教學名師；2005年被評為遼寧省優秀專家，並先後獲得國家機電部優秀科技青年、遼寧省先進科技工作者等榮譽稱號。2篇論文分別獲IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems期刊最佳論文獎和IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems期刊最佳論文獎。5篇論文獲得中國百篇最具影響國際學術論文。 [2]

佟紹成人物經歷

1982年7月，錦州師範學院數學專業畢業，獲學士學位；
1982年8月，錦州凌海市石山高中任教；
1984年11月，錦州凌海高級中學任教；
1988年7月，大連海事大學運輸管理工程專業畢業，獲碩士學位；
1988年8月，調入我校，歷任基礎部教師、副主任、主任，教務處處長，學科辦主任等職；
1997年7月，東北大學自動化專業畢業，獲博士學位；
2002年4月，任遼寧工學院副院長；
2007年5月，任遼寧工業大學副校長。 [1] 
2014年11月，任遼寧工業大學校長、黨委副書記。

佟紹成主講課程

先後為本科生和研究生講授《高等數學》、《線性代數》、《模糊數學與控制》和《矩陣分析》等多門課程。

佟紹成主要貢獻

主持了國家自然科學基金項目3項，國家973子課題1項，遼寧省青年人才基金項目1項，遼寧省自然科學基金項目3項。在國際雜誌、國內核心期刊和重要國際會議上發表並被SCI、EI收錄的論文70餘篇，出版學術專著2部。作為《高等數學》課程負責人，在2001年和2003年分別把該課程建設成首批省級優秀課程和精品課。
佟紹成主持了國家自然科學基金項目5項，國家973子課題1項，遼寧省青年人才基金項目1項，遼寧省自然科學基金項目2項。在國際雜誌、國內核心期刊和重要國際會議上發表論文100餘篇，其中被SCI、EI收錄80餘篇，出版學術專著2部。

近二十年來，佟紹成教授帶領科研團隊圍繞國際智能控制領域的熱點和重點問題，應用模糊系統理論，針對非線性不確定系統的控制設計算法、穩定性、收斂性和魯棒性等理論問題，開展了卓有成效的研究，取得了一系列國際領先的理論研究成果。佟紹成教授先後主持國家自然科學基金項目6項，國家973子課題1項，遼寧省青年人才基金項目1項，遼寧省自然科學基金項目2項。在國際重要學術期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》，《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》，《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》，《EEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics：Systems》, 《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》，《Information Sciences》等發表SCI檢索論文200餘篇，其中IEEE彙刊論文60餘篇，Google 學術引用17000餘次，出版學術專著2部。部分研究成果分別獲得國家教育部自然科學一等獎2項、二等獎1項和遼寧省自然科學二等獎1項。 [2]
