付東輝研究方向

主要從事油菜遺傳育種學的研究,具體內容為早熟優質油菜新品種選育,富集/耐鎘油菜新品種選育,彩色油菜資源篩選和新品種選育,及菜用、藥用和飼用油菜資源挖掘及利用。
發表英文文章50篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者的SCI論文為37篇,相繼發表在Plant Journal, Molecular Plant, Journal of Advanced Research, Euphytica, Functional Plant Biology, Molecular Genetics and Genomics, Genome, Molecular Biology Reports和Plant Breeding等期刊上。申請專利26項,授權4項。目前主持(過)項目12項,包括主持國家自然科學項目3項、江西省重大項目1項、江西省支撐計劃1項和江西省科技廳援藏項目1項等。為BMC Genomics, Heredity, Molecular Breeding, PloSOne, Genetica, Euphytica等16個SCI期刊審稿人。主要圍繞觀光型油菜花期延長和彩色油菜新品種選育進行研究。選育出了黃白、灰白、血紅、暗黑紅、土黃、深紫色、暗紫色、深桃紅等63種,成為新一代油菜花海旅遊新產品。本研究受到新華社、中國日報、中國新聞網、江西衞視和江西日報等30多家媒體的廣泛報道和關注。 [2] 
油菜花研究
  1. 2015年從四川什邡李孝楠老師那裏引進“什邡紅”花粉後,選育出63種顏色彩色油菜,30餘種已經達到穩定,無論顏色豐富程度,還是顏色鮮豔程度,均在國內處於領先地位。
  2. 為了滿足國內油菜觀賞價值進一步發揮的需要,我們是國內最早(2014年)從事油菜花期延長技術研究的團隊,通過採用噴藥、不育等專利技術可以使花期延長7-10天;通過長花期品種選育,可以使花期從30天延長到75天以上。獲得2項國家發明專利。
  3. 國內最早將油菜向化妝品(2018年)、食品(2018年)、文創產品(2017年)和芽苗菜(2017年)等產業鏈延伸研究,現已開發出彩色油菜花護手霜、面膜、面霜和修復膏等化妝品,並且已經獲得了國家備案;研發了油菜花相關的蛋黃酥、綠豆糕、月餅和餅乾等;開發出了油菜花相關的瓷杯、雨傘、帆布包、襯衫等文創產品。部分產品已經在西安灃東生態公司、四川成都農博園、南昌涇口鄉油菜花節、江蘇興華油菜花節、雲南安寧油菜花節等進行了推廣,備受歡迎。
  4. 2017年選育了特早熟的油菜品種,滿足了長江流域景區的錯季開花,春油菜高海拔或北部高維度地區,“稻稻油”地區,海南、廣東和福建等偏熱地區油菜的種植的需要。
  5. 國內首先(2012年)提出利用油菜進行鎘污染治理的思路,選育了3個高富集的油菜品系,獲得了國家發明專利和國家自然科學基金的支持。
  6. 新一代功能型菜籽油新品種開發。國內首次選育了適合老年痴呆、中風後遺症、腦癱、面癱和神經衰弱等具有修復神經作用的高神經酸油菜新品系(2.7%);國內首次選育出炸油條、薯塊、雞塊等專用的煎炸專用油新品系(高油酸78%和低亞麻酸3.5%);選育出與小孩智力發育密切相關的高亞麻酸油菜(17%)品系;選育出適合“三高”人食用的高油酸油菜品系,具有高油酸(大面積生產78%)、產量高、抗性強和廣適性等特點,適合秋播和春播等不同的生態區種植。其中高神經酸和高油酸品種已經進行了特殊功能食用油的開發。 [2]
