1992年-1999年於中山大學環境科學系歷任講師、副教授。
1999年4月-2000年3月於美國馬里蘭大學擔任訪問教授。
2000年3月-2000年8月於美國農業部環境化學實驗室擔任訪問科學家。
2001年任中山大學環境科學與工程學院教授、博士生導師;
2008年10月-2013年3月任中山大學研究生院副院長,
2012年5月-2019年12月任中山大學環境科學與工程學院院長, [2]

仇榮亮科研成果

主要從事重金屬污染土壤植物-化學-微生物聯合修復、水土環境有機污染化學修復與生物修復等研究。主持國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家自然科學基金傑出青年基金、國家863重點項目、國家科技支撐項目、教育部學科創新引智基地、科技部重點領域創新團隊等項目60餘項,共發表研究論文330多篇,其中SCI收錄180多篇;申請國家發明專利46項,獲授權28項。 [2] 

仇榮亮人物榮譽

先後入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”,廣東省“千百十人才工程”,廣東省“珠江學者”特聘教授,廣東特支計劃百千萬工程領軍人才,國家“萬人計劃”科技創新領軍人才等。獲廣東省“南粵優秀教師”,國務院政府特殊津貼等。 [2]
