顏培實

動物體温調節特徵、家畜環境調節策略和畜牧場污染物減排技術

主持和參加多項國家和省部級科研項目，包括國家“七五”、“十五”、“十一五”和、“十二五”攻關項目或重大科研專項、公益性行業科研專項項目、國家自然科學基金項目、江蘇省發改委太湖水污染治理專項等課題，主要研究①家畜體温調節的生理與行為反應特徵、及其高温應激與組織器官的損傷、細胞凋亡。提出家畜熱應激管理策略與防暑技術規程；②確立牛的新體感温度、提出江淮以南地區牛舍應以棚舍為主要舍型的觀點；③ 剖析音樂、噪聲、高温對豬禽心率變異性的影響，並且以心率變異性作為反映動物應激與心理狀態的指標；④ 開發不添加菌種和營養液的自然發酵牀飼養體系，已經成功應用於規模化豬場、雞場和牛場，在污水減排和畜舍除臭方面效果顯著，並且，剖析該系統優缺點，進一步完善發酵牀飼養體系，實現適宜飼養密度的福利生產目標。1992年“寒地養豬”課題獲黑龍江省科技進步三等獎。起草江蘇省地方標準《奶牛福利飼養規程》。“十一五”國家級規劃教材《家畜環境衞生學》（第四版）主編。
