小麥基因組學、生物信息學、表觀遺傳學方向。

主要以小麥為研究對象，結合生物信息學、基因組學、表觀遺傳學的手段，開展一系列原創性研究。目前的主要研究包括三個方向：（1）結合小麥多組學數據進行研究，利用生物信息學分析工具對基因組、轉錄組、甲基化組數據進行整合分析，回答小麥的多倍體進化、基因互作網絡、表觀遺傳調控等方面問題；（2）針對小麥的複雜基因組特徵，設計和開發生物信息學計算工具，或搭建數據可視化平台，旨在提高小麥多組學研究效率；（3）結合算法和統計學，為多倍體進化、複雜調控網絡、DNA甲基化等研究問題設計新的生物信息學研究方法。 ^[1]
