人權知識公民讀本

《人權知識公民讀本》介紹了人權的基本概念和基本理論、人權的保障與實施機制及中國的人權國際活動；詳細闡釋了經濟、社會和文化權利，公民權利與政治權利，各類特殊羣體的權利，集體權利等各項基本人權。《人權知識公民讀本》適合於普通大眾閲讀。 ^[1] 

常健，男，1957年5月出生，博士，教授，博士生導師。中國人權研究會理事，南開大學人權研究中心副主任，南開大學周恩來政府管理學院副院長。曾出版《人權的理想·悖論·現實》《當代中國權利規範的轉型》《效率、公平、穩定與政府責任》等學術專著，合作主編《中國人權建設60年》《中國人權在行動》，參與翻譯《人權百科全書》，並發表《人權入憲後的法律界定、限定、約定和設定》《論人權的平等保護與特殊保護》《論經濟增長與權利保障的攜手共進》《新時期中國人權發展的挑戰與戰略選擇》《中國住房保障制度與公民住房權保障》等學術論文。

陳振功，男，1952年3月出生。現任中國人權研究會副秘書長、中國人權發展基金會副秘書長、中國民間組織國際交流促進會理事、中國國際交流協會理事，長期從事人權理論研究和國際人權領域交流，曾合作主編《新世界中國人權》《人權與和諧世界》《“人權入憲”與人權法制保障》《中國改革開放與人權發展30年》《發展、安全、人權》《中國人權年鑑（ 2000-2005）》，並發表《保障農民工的合法權益》等學術論文。
